Betty's Hot Boneless Wings

This video shows how his fabulous Betty Super Bowl to make boneless hot wings. These are not made from chicken wings, but chicken breast meat instead. That makes it easier and less messy to eat. You just have to put in Betty's Super Bowl Hot Wing Sauce, and you have all the taste of hot wings. (I also Betty's Hot Wings Posted betty in the kitchen, if you like the chicken wing version.) Ingredients: 3 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken breast, and with an excessDefatted and cut into pieces about 1 ½ cm on each side. just ground sea salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste pepper to taste 2 eggs, well beaten 1 cup flour (all purpose or self rising) 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon dried rosemary peanut oil for frying Place 3 pounds of the first pieces of boneless chicken breast in a large bowl.
