Cracklin Cornbread / Cast Iron Cooking

The hippie done already got some of them cracklings they was rendering over in the park, now to show you all how to make and bake cracklin cornbread. Some say it's old country redneck cooking. I say it's dirt road country,,,,none better. Baked in a cast iron skillet. Use high heat. Cracklings aint nothing but deep fried pork fat, you are on your on when it comes to how healthy they are?
