My meatloaf Mixture 1 egg 1 pk dry onion soup mix 2 slices bread toasted sea salt about a pinch pepper about a pinch 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 2 TBLS liquid smoke 1 TBLS Ricks Hot Mustard 1 TBLS Worcestershire sauce Mix all in a large mixing bowl shape into pattys wrap with bacon flaten down and fry in cast iron skillet till brown on both sides move to broiler pan and bake at 300 till bacon is crisp make Onion Gravy pour ontop bake again till gravy is thick make corn and mash tators and eat!
