EASY Old Fashioned Pineapple Upside-Down Cake in a pan recipe YUM!

This is a big old head fashion pineapple tarts recipe, which was probably used for generations! This recipe is made in an old cast iron skillet. Another advantage is that cooking in cast iron pans effectively add large amounts of iron for food and your body!
